How to Increase Metabolism!!!

How many times do you eat daily?  What do these meals consist of?  Do you eat enough to maintain a healthy body weight or body mass index?  How to boost metabolism?  These are a series of questions that every reader who is trying to get in shape should answer.  If your answer to question number one is less than five then you wont metabolize to energize or metabolize to cut those extra pounds that you are desperately seeking to get rid of.  The main component to dieting is making sure your eating enough throughout the day so that your body isn’t storing any extra calories or fat that it doesn’t need.  When your body is deprived of food for hours on end your body doesn’t know the next time it will get the necessary food to survive.  As a result it stores extra calories as fat so it can have food reserved for later dates.  This is the worse thing you want your body to think if you’re trying to get into shape.  By taking control of your metabolism and eating five small healthy meals a day your body will begin to burn more calories vs storing them which will ultimately lead to more energy as well as a healthier you.

What is Metabolism:
is the set of chemical reactions that happen in the cells of living organisms to sustain life. These processes allow organisms to grow and reproduce, maintain their structures, and respond to their environments. Metabolism is usually divided into two categories. Catabolism breaks down organic matter, for example to harvest energy in cellular respiration. Anabolism uses energy to construct components of cells such as proteins and nucleic acids.

Foods, Drinks, Metabolism boosting supplements:
   Green Tea
   Grapefruits
   Apples
   Coffee
Different types of Spices (Spicy foods)
Various others to name a few

The key to ensuring that you are constantly burning calories is to constantly have the right supply of good nutrients in the body. One of the key factors in overweight individuals is the fact that they do not know how to consume the right nutrients and they eat too much at the wrong time. Calorie consumption is not a bad thing for individuals trying to live fit because as long as they are good calories you are one step ahead of fat storage.

What is Motivation!!!

Just about everything we do in life requires motivation.  If motivation didn't exist in our society what would happen?  That question cant completely be answered but if I could take a guess at it I would assume that we would not have a generous amount of fortune five hundred companies or a stable economy in general.  Motivation is the driving force that makes us go and is essential to just about every part of our lives.  For example by reading this article you have some sort of inspiration or motivation to start living healthier.  Motivation can come from a variety of factors ranging from looking at oneself in the mirror or simply just looking at the picture of a really fit person.  It may even come from health issues that are forcing you to begin living a healthy lifestyle.  Lets face it we all have thought about having that really ripped midsection or curvaceous frame that makes us look and feel confident.  So why not act on our ideas and start living healthier than we ever have before.  Whatever the case may be its important to find out what motivates you to become healthy because without motivation your missing the first key to reaching your fitness goal.

My Motivation
My motivation began with multiple factors coming into play.  The first thing that motivated me was the fact that I felt really uncomfortable with my shirt off.  Even around loved ones I would never let them see me unclothed.  I lacked the confidence I needed to not care what others thought.  After years of not feeling comfortable with my shirt off I also felt uncomfortable in all of my clothing.  Those were the two beginning factors that made me want to get fit and live healthy.  After I began to exercise my motivation derived from within.  Mainly the results that I began to achieve was the determining factor in my transformation.  Once I started to see results I didn't want to stop until I reached my goal.  Motivation varies from person to person so find what motivates you and get healthier one step at a time.

What Motivated Me:
